At Graphic Butterfly Designs, a freelancer is an independent creative professional who provides high-quality graphic design services to clients on a project basis. Rather than working as a full-time employee for a single company, the freelancer operates as a self-employed business owner, managing multiple design projects with flexibility and creative freedom. Key Aspects of a Freelancer at Graphic Butterfly Designs: •Self-Employed Creative Professional: Works independently to deliver custom graphic design solutions. •Project-Based Work: Hired for specific design projects, including branding, logos, digital content, and marketing materials. •Flexible Scheduling: Sets project deadlines in agreement with clients while maintaining a personalized workflow. •Custom Pricing: Charges per project, per hour, or per service package based on client needs. •Client Collaboration: Works closely with clients to bring their creative vision to life through tailored design solutions. •Full Control of Services: Manages all aspects of the design process, from consultation to final delivery. •Own Business Operations: Handles contracts, payments, invoicing, and taxes as an independent entrepreneur. Being a freelancer at Graphic Butterfly Designs means embracing creativity, professionalism, and flexibility while delivering top-notch design services tailored to each client's unique vision. 1. Booking & Payment 1.1. To secure a project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. Work will not commence until payment is received. 1.2. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered. 1.3. All payments must be made via (Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Zelle, Bank Transfer, Cash App, Apple Pay) 2. Cancellations & Refunds 2.1. Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, the initial deposit is non-refundable. 2.2. If work has already begun, the client is responsible for any completed work and may be invoiced accordingly. 2.3. If the designer cancels the project, a full refund will be issued. 3. Revisions & Approval 3.1. Each project includes [1] free revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at [$20/hour or per revision]. 3.2. Unauthorized resale, modification, or redistribution of the design is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing. 6. Communication & Availability 6.1.
